Complete 12-week lifestyle package includes:
- A one-on-one session to assess fitness and familiarize the client with the upcoming workouts (approx. 1 hour)
- Resting metabolic rate testing at the program start and every 4 weeks thereafter (4 tests total)
- Body fat analysis at the program start and every 4 weeks thereafter (4 tests total)
- VO2 Sub Max Output Test at the program start and every 4 weeks thereafter (4 tests total)
- Group workouts 3 times a week (boot camp, group hikes, core cardio, learn to run)

VO2 Sub Max Output Test:
Using either a stationary bike or a treadmill, this test determines exact heart rate zones and calories burned at sub maximal training loads. Ideal for someone who is just starting out or coming back to exercise after a break.
With a single test, the client can expect the following data:
- VO2 sub max values.
- Exact caloric demands of both carbohydrate and fats at different heart rate zones.
- For tests conducted on the bike, evaluation of the athlete’s efficiency, power and torque angles (where you develop torque in your pedal stroke) are completed. A spin scan analysis shows inefficiencies of left versus right leg.
- Complete breakdown of heart rate training zones.
- Hydration analysis.
- Full report and meeting (approx. a half hour) to discuss test results and adaptations to your current training protocol.

Resting Metabolic Rate test (RMR):
Resting Metabolic Rate is the rate at which your body burns calories at rest. This simple 12-15 minute sit down test analyzes the ratio of oxygen versus carbon dioxide your body metabolizes. Accurate to over 99%, this is the only way to know exactly how many calories you burn at rest. This information is key to starting any weight loss program.
Duration: 45 minutes

Body Fat Analysis:
Using the Bodymetrix system, 4 to 9 body points are measured using ultra sound technology. This testing method lets you scan, see and track fat loss and muscle gain on a point by point basis. Considered more accurate than skin calipers without the risk of operator error or embarrassing and invasive pinching.
Duration: 30 minutes

RMR + Body fat:
Combine both the resting metabolic rate test with body fat analysis in one session.
